SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
• Bedroom: one king-size bed
• Upstairs living area: two sofa beds
• One en-suite bathroom
The home is most comfortable for up to three guests but can accommodate a small family of four. The bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, so guests must be comfortable using the internal staircase.
SHARED OUTDOOR SPACES
Guests are welcome to enjoy the property’s spacious garden and outdoor areas. These include two covered patios with comfortable seating, outdoor sofas, sun loungers and an outdoor dining table seating six.
The garden and patios are shared with the host and her family rather than exclusively private. Guests will generally have plenty of room to relax, although the host or a family member may occasionally also use the outdoor spaces.
LITTLE VENICE AND CENTRAL LONDON
Regent’s Canal is directly opposite the property, across the road. Little Venice is known for its leafy waterways, colourful narrowboats, attractive period architecture and relaxed atmosphere. Guests can enjoy scenic towpath walks, waterside cafés and seasonal passenger boats, including routes towards Regent’s Park and Camden.
Warwick Avenue Underground station is approximately a six-minute walk away and is served by the Bakerloo line. Paddington Station is also nearby, providing Underground, Elizabeth line, national rail and Heathrow Express connections.
Notting Hill, Hyde Park, Maida Vale, Regent’s Park, Lord’s Cricket Ground and Oxford Street are all within easy reach, making this a peaceful base from which to explore London.
GUEST PRIVACY
Guests have private use of the entire self-contained accommodation and can come and go independently through their own entrance. The host lives in the adjoining main house and is available if assistance is needed, while respecting guests’ privacy throughout their stay.
