quarto confortável, amplo, limpo, com o básico que precisamos, mas tudo bem organizado e limpo.
não tem garagem, então precisa deixar o veículo estacionado na rua. Mas é fácil de encontrar vaga na rua.

Pet Friendly , quarto bem equipado, cama grande e confortável, banheiro limpo e com chuveiro elétrico.
Alguns vizinhos barulhentos durante a estadia com crianças que incomodavam ao chegar à noite com conversa alta e corredia, além da obra na lateral do prédio que iniciava pela manhã e finalizava no fim do dia, às vezes queria descansar à tarde e com o barulho não era possível

Tudo muito novo e limpo!
A acústica é horrível. Um hóspede do quarto 201 recebeu uma visita durante a madrugada, e os gemidos e barulhos foram ouvidos claramente por horas. A situação foi extremamente constrangedora, principalmente para quem está hospedado com filhos. Não recomendo.
