Fomos transferidos pra Pousada Flores de Outono e o recepcionista Leonardo, muito prestativo e eficiente. trocou nosso quarto para o primeiro andar uma vez que a Pousada nao tem elevador e estávamos reservados para o 2o. andar, mesmo sendo idosos.
O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. Ir a Gramado e não ter nenhum produto artesanal, sendo tudo da padaria é frustrante. Os "ovos mexidos" nem pareciam ter ovos, era um minguau branco. O pão de queijo batumado. Precisa ser revisto o cardápio e qualidade dos produtos.
