New, fresh annex with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. It has a TV with streaming and a clean bathroom. A Microwave, Kettle, Tea & Coffee are available to heat food and make hot drinks. The hosts were so kind and hospitable. They were happy to help with any questions I had and checked in during my stay to check all was well. Was a great space to stay for 2 weeks whilst I worked away.
Would benefit from a mini fridge or something to keep food/milk cool, but was not a deal breaker at all!

Really hospitable couple and great facilities and just a great place to stay.
Some noise during night outside, though fine.
