The spacious open-plan kitchen features a comfortable dining area, modern fittings, and is fully equipped to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

Haus Franka is quietly situated on a hillside at the edge of Zell am Ziller. Enjoy shared outdoor areas with a covered terrace, an open terrace, and a garden with garden furniture, all available for our guests. Ski and bike storage rooms are also provided. There are two communal parking spaces on the property, and public transport is nearby.



In the heart of the Zillertal sports paradise, you will find the largest ski areas: Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach, the Zillertal Arena in Zell am Ziller, and the Mayrhofen cable cars Ahorn & Penken. In summer, numerous hiking, biking, and leisure activities await right outside your door. A ski bus stops 100 m from our house.
