Welcome to our pet-friendly, newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex in Temple! Conveniently located near I-35 and Scott and White Hospital, this cozy home offers a full kitchen, a spacious fully-fenced private backyard, and two comfortable king beds. With charming finishes and essential amenities, it`s the perfect retreat for stays of one week or longer in a convenient and relaxing setting.

`Nice house that is close to downtown. Had 4 guests that stayed one night for a wedding in downtown Temple. Was only a 5 minute Uber from where we needed to be. Big/comfy king beds in both rooms. Was a great place to stay for what we needed. Communication was great with Breanne. She checked in multiple times on us and was responsive to the few questions I had.`
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay. Access to the property will only be granted once the agreement has been completed and returned.
No smoking anywhere inside or outside the home within 50 feet of the home.
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Our cancellation policy applies to every reservation without exceptions, regardless of the reason.
Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible
