Conveniently located near downtown and 3 miles to Scott and White Hospital, this cozy home offers a full kitchen, a spacious backyard, and three comfortable queen beds. With charming finishes and essential amenities, it`s the perfect retreat for stays of one week or longer in a convenient and relaxing setting.

With two bathrooms providing privacy and convenience for all guests, this home ensures a comfortable stay. The kitchen has been thoughtfully stocked with essentials. Unwind on the cozy couch in the living room while enjoying entertainment on the large TV, or escape to the back yard to savor the outdoors while you watch your family and pets play. Established neighborhood with a beautiful blend of older homes, remodeled, and new construction. Just a few blocks from downtown Temple and 3 miles from local hospitals
We kindly request your understanding regarding the neighboring property, which is currently in need of some general upkeep. The occupant is a kind elderly woman who faces challenges in maintaining the space. We are actively working on enhancing the privacy fence to improve both her living environment and ours. The fence upgrade is scheduled for completion by mid-June. Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this improvement process.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay. Access to the property will only be granted once the agreement has been completed and returned.
No smoking anywhere inside or outside the home within 50 feet of the home.
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Our cancellation policy applies to every reservation without exceptions, regardless of the reason.
Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible.
