This isn`t just a rental; it`s a 2600 sq ft, 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom mountain dream come true, located steps away from the shopping and conveniences of Boone, North Carolina. Imagine a place where adventure meets relaxation, perfect for making incredible memories with family and friends.
Step out onto the upper and lower decks and let the peaceful mountain air wash over you – don`t forget to swing a while on the charming porch swing! Got furry friends? They`ll love the small fenced-in backyard with its very own dog door. A standalone garage is available for storing outdoor gear like skis and snowboards.
Inside, you`ll find cozy comforts and plenty of space to spread out. The main floor boasts a luxurious master suite with a king bed and direct access to the upper deck – your private slice of paradise. The second level is pure fun, featuring a full bedroom with an attached bathroom, another welcoming full bedroom, and a bunk room that`s a kids` (or kid-at-heart`s) delight with two twin bunk beds. Head down to the lower level (finished basement) for an additional full bedroom. For some friendly competition, challenge your crew to a game of foosball on the second level, or simply unwind by one of the two inviting gas fireplaces (one on the main floor, one on the lower level).
***Important notes for an amazing stay: NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, and guests must be 25 or older to book. Up to 2 small dogs are welcome with a paid pet fee – just select traveling with pets when you book. Our paved driveway offers parking for up to 4 vehicles, and while the roads are maintained, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended during winter months for peace of mind.
