Welcome to your North Charleston retreat! This freshly updated unit blends modern style with cozy comfort in a quiet residential community. Inside, you’ll find inviting bedrooms, a bright open living space, and a fully equipped kitchen that makes it easy to enjoy meals at home. Step outside and you’re only minutes away from Firefly Distillery, The Refinery, and a variety of local breweries, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or work, this home is the perfect fit for couples, families, and business travelers.
The Space:
Check in easily via the keypad on the front door.
All of our beds have mattresses & pillows. We provide clean towels, freshly made beds, and bathroom essentials.
The Kitchen is fully ready to go with a refrigerator, range, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, silverware, plates, bowls, and basic cooking tools.
We provide WiFi and have a Smart TV in the living room with access to Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc. NO pets allowed.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire unit during their stay.
The Neighborhood:
The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that offers a peaceful setting while keeping you close to the vibrant North Charleston scene. Within minutes, you can enjoy distilleries, breweries, and a wide selection of local dining options.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy with parking available at the property, and rideshares like Uber and Lyft are widely accessible in the area. The airport and downtown Charleston are just a short drive away, making this home a convenient base for your trip.
Other Things to Note:
I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.
Mid-Stay Cleaning for Longer Stays
For stays longer than 10 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required to help keep the home fresh and comfortable throughout your visit. This helps ensure the property remains in great condition for your enjoyment. The mid-stay cleaning fee will be collected once the booking has commenced, and the cleaning will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time during your stay.
