Ground Floor: A practical suite with two bunk beds (for up to 6 people), American-style kitchen, living area, TV room and the gourmet area, equipped with barbecue, beer fridge and cooktop. There is also a service area with a washing machine. Superior: Three cozy suites: two with a queen-size bed and a single bed, and the third with a queen-size bed and an extra bed. Outdoor: The private pool is the highlight, accompanied by sun loungers and a table for outdoor dining. Leisure in the Condominium and Privileged Access Located in the "Piscinas Naturais" condominium, the "Reserva dos Jacarandás" sub-condominium offers a complete infrastructure for your entertainment, including a swimming pool with a restaurant, gym, tennis courts, beach tennis and a soccer field. And the best part: access to the beach is exclusive, just a short 350m walk away, taking you directly to Praia das Piscinas Naturais (Natural Pools Beach). We charge a daily fee for the employee who will be available to take care of meals, organization, and cleaning during your stay. We also include a value that, at the end of your stay, will be used to deduct the costs of water, energy, and any possible damage to the residence. If not fully used, the amount will be returned to the original account. Energy and water readings will be taken transparently according to the meters at check-in and check-out.
