Welcome to Lei Lani V201 — our family’s home away from home in Orange Beach.
We purchased and completely renovated V201 for our own family to enjoy, and we personally manage the condo when we’re not using it ourselves. We take great pride in keeping it clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained, and we love sharing it with guests who are looking for a special place to enjoy the Alabama Gulf Coast.
Located directly on Ole River, V201 combines beautiful waterfront views with easy beach access just across the street. Spend the morning on the sand, cool off in one of Lei Lani’s three pools, and come home to relax on the balcony overlooking the river.
THE CONDO
V201 is a completely renovated two-bedroom, two-bath condo with a fresh, comfortable coastal feel. Updates include light oak flooring, quartz countertops, an updated kitchen and bathrooms, and thoughtfully selected furnishings throughout.
One of our favorite things about the condo is the connection to the water. The living room and both bedrooms have direct access to the balcony, giving you beautiful Ole River views and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the scenery throughout your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast before heading to the beach to dinner at home after a long day on the water.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Our layout is especially comfortable for families and small groups because most guests can sleep in a real bed rather than relying on a living-room sleeper sofa.
Primary Bedroom: Two queen beds, private bath and balcony access with Ole River views
Guest Bedroom: One queen bed plus twin loft bed, with balcony access
Living Room: Sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
TWO BALCONIES + OLE RIVER VIEWS
V201 offers two private balconies overlooking Ole River, with access from the living room and bedrooms.
Start the morning with coffee while watching boats pass by, relax outside after a day at the beach, or simply enjoy having the water right outside your door.
For us, the riverfront setting is what makes this side of Lei Lani so special.
BEACH + THREE POOLS
At Lei Lani, you don't have to choose between the river and the beach.
Guests have access to:
• Deeded beach access directly across Perdido Beach Boulevard
• Beachside outdoor pool
• Riverside outdoor pool overlooking Ole River
• Indoor pool
• Marina and waterfront areas
• Grilling areas
You can spend the morning at the Gulf, the afternoon beside the river and still be back on your balcony in time to unwind before dinner.
A GREAT ORANGE BEACH LOCATION
Lei Lani is located on the east end of Orange Beach, approximately one mile from the legendary Flora-Bama and convenient to restaurants, boating, fishing, shopping, entertainment and everything the Alabama Gulf Coast has to offer.
You'll be close to the action when you want it, while still having a comfortable waterfront retreat to come home to.
OWNER MANAGED
V201 isn't managed by a large rental company. We personally manage the condo and stay here ourselves throughout the year.
That means we know the property, care about its condition and want our guests to have a wonderful experience. We are available if you have questions before or during your stay and are happy to share recommendations for some of our favorite places in Orange Beach.
We want V201 to feel less like a rental and more like a home away from home.
GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
V201 is located on the second floor and is accessed by stairs. Lei Lani Village does not have an elevator.
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must remain at the property for the duration of the reservation.
V201 is best suited for families, couples and responsible small groups. Parties and events are not permitted.
The condo is non-smoking and pet-free.
One parking pass is provided for $50 per stay. Additional parking availability is not guaranteed.
A $150 cleaning fee applies to each reservation.

Why We Love This Location
Lei Lani has the best of both worlds. You're just one mile from Flora-Bama and the Flora-Bama Yacht Club, making it easy to enjoy great food, live music, and waterfront fun. The beach is directly across the street, and the push-button crosswalk makes getting there safe and easy, even when you're carrying chairs, coolers, or little ones.
One of the things we appreciate most is that Lei Lani is a low-density community. There are fewer crowds, plenty of breathing room, and a laid-back atmosphere. It's peaceful when you want to relax but still close to everything.
A Note From Your Hosts
This isn't just an investment property, it's our family's happy place. We spend as much time here as we can and hope you'll love it as much as we do.
We're also proud dog parents. Our sweet family dog joins us on our beach trips, so while our professional cleaning team does an exceptional job preparing the condo before every guest arrives, you may occasionally find a stray dog hair that escaped everyone's best efforts. We mention it simply because we believe in being transparent, and because this home is truly lived in and loved.

The condo was perfect. The view was awesome and the host was easy to reach.I've stayed at Lei Lani, on the bay side, several times and have loved every aspect except a handful of owners that actually live there. Those particular owners sit at the pool and complain about the visitors. They think they "own" the pool, the parking lot, and even the bay! It's ridiculous and is very frustrating. They try to police everything and everyone. You really can't enjoy sitting poolside, on the bay side because of the 5 that want to control the entire place. It's really sad.This is not, by any means, a reflection of the person we rented from or their condo. That was absolutely perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about their condo. It's beautiful inside, with a lot of space and it's on the second floor with a private, long balcony!!!!!!Get the other 5 owners under control and i will gladly rent there again!! My host was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!
