Welcome to our 1901 `doll house` with timeless charm and contemporary upgrades. From the original cast iron tub that we refinished ourselves, to the brand new butcher block kitchen. You`ll find yourself in the Brooklyn area of Riverside and close to 5-points, avondale , murray hill , DT Jax and 4 miles from Daily`s Place & Vystar Veterans Arena. Our home has been converted into a Duplex, with this being located in the back and a quiet office located in the front of the building.

-Electric Scooters available on almost every corner.

-Newly finished NorthBank Riverwalk entrance less than 5 minutes from home . The riverwalk allows you to walk the st Johns including crossing the river at the Fuller Warren Bridge.
- Cummer Museum .5 mile away
- Prime Osbourne Convention Center .9 miles away.

THIS IS A COMMERCIAL NEIGHBORHOOD. Our home and the one next to it were built in 1901 and everything else was built around it. Nothing super spectacular & just want guest to have clear expectations.

But if you’re looking for something quiet and close to downtown, convention center, 5 points, Avondale or the stadium this is the place for you. ☺️

You will pull all the way to the back of the home to the brick pavers (original to the home & recently uncovered!)

Please make sure guest count is correct. There is an additional guest fee of 10$ per night
after two guests.

Sofa bed is a full. Could be small for our taller guests ☺️
