About this bed and breakfast
This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 400 sq. ft. The residence has a communal pool, is a short drive to the beach and is a few minutes' drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

- Location on top of the hill, great sea views from the pool area
- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.)

- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee - respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).
- Pets can be considered (depending on their type/number/size and booking period).
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only).
The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.
