About this house rental
Charming & Renovated Vacation Home w/ Private Pool & Slide Near FLETC. This beautifully renovated home offers the ideal blend of comfort & convenience. Whatever brings you here, this home is perfect. Have fun in your yard w/ a pool & slide. Enjoy meals, snacks, cocktails in the screened outdoor dining area bug free. Renovated w/ a fresh design, the home offers plenty of space to relax, unwind, & make memories. Only a short 30min drive to the beaches of the St Simons. Just 3min from I95 & close to FLETC.
The property owner has a small private office at the end of the house that is only accessible from a completely separate entrance. He may stop by the office for a few minutes a day and is very respectful of guests' privacy. There is a resident in the small detached cottage at the back of the property. That resident is very private and will not bother guests at all.
Looking for a place to have a large gathering or late night parties? THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! We have a strict no party policy and we enforce quiet hours.

If only we could give 10 Stars!!Cate Cove provided us with a wonderful experience. The property is immaculate and beautiful with attention to detail. The kitchen has everything you need and more!! The outdoor area has the most beautiful landscaping that provides multiple sitting areas. The pool is crystal clear! So many activities - board games, corn hole, footballs and they even provide a high chair and a pack and play for the little one.I would like to thank Douglas for making sure that my family had everything we needed during our stay. We will be back next year!
