Sunshine Villa is a self-catering vacation home. To help you get settled, we provide a starter supply of essentials, including:
★ 2 trash bags
★ 2 dishwasher detergent pods
★ Travel-size dish soap
★ Kitchen sponge
★ 1 roll of paper towels
★ 4 Keurig coffee pods
★ 4 coffee condiment kits
★ 2 travel-size shampoos per bathroom
★ 2 travel-size bar soaps per bathroom
★ 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
★ 4 laundry detergent pods
For your security, exterior cameras are located at the front door (doorbell), above the garage, and on the side of the home. There are no interior cameras or cameras facing the pool area.
Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete a Point of Contact (POC) form and sign a rental agreement. The rental agreement must be completed by the primary guest who made the booking through VRBO.

Everything about our stay was perfect! Very Clean! 4 generations Disney trip and the house layout was the best especially with 2 master bedrooms & bathrooms, the upstairs was great for my daughters family and my grand angels LOVED the Toy Story room and bathroom! The game room was full of a good time for all ages! My 82 year old mom loved the Pac-Man arcade and we all loved playing pool and air hockey! The 2 Xbox’s were perfect for the “boys”. The kitchen was FULLY equipped! And the dining room was great for our home cooked meals. The living room is roomy, comfortable and easy to relax with everyone! The pool is beautiful and a lot of fun! Heather has very tastefully decorated with just the perfect amount of Disney touches. We added a day on the front end and asked for a little later check out the week prior and Heather was very accommodating. She was also super attentive and communicated quickly. If you read this far, I leave you with this… book this!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sunshine Villa! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how exceptionally clean everything was—truly spotless and clearly very well cared for. The villa was even better than the pictures, which is rare and such a wonderful surprise.Heather was an amazing host throughout the entire process. She was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which made everything so easy and stress-free.One of our favorite touches was the welcome gift basket waiting for us when we arrived—it was full of snacks and goodies and made us feel right at home right away.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Sunshine Villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay!
