The home sits directly opposite Swinburne Park, just a five-minute walk to Cundy Park and a short stroll to the Myrtleford town centre, where you’ll find cafés, shops, and local attractions.
The home features three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet, offering ample space for families or groups.
All bedrooms are fitted with split-system air conditioners, while the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area offers a wood fireplace for cozy evenings.
