House with swimming pool between land and sea

Quiet house in a cul-de-sac with 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed made up for arrival. 1 bathroom with bathtub. Garden at the rear of the house with barbecue, griddle, balcony, garden table; private unheated swimming pool, hammock, sun loungers, and garden furniture. The pool is large, 4m x 11m, with a shallow end (20cm deep), then a 100m deep section, and finally a 2.5m deep diving area. The pool is tiled and treated with salt. Maintenance staff come once a week to treat the pool, ensuring the water is always crystal clear. Towels are provided. I welcome you to my home; some personal belongings will be visible. The decor is unique, with many vintage items. A piano is at your disposal. The kitchen is very well equipped: slicer, steamer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, oven, and microwave. The beaches are about 20 minutes away. You will have a guide that will point you to the best places. Important note: I have two cats on the premises; Saturne and Cosmos. You will need to give them some kibble every day and some cuddles ;-) We do not have air conditioning. There will be a fan in each room. A Total Energie electric charging station is available. Consumption will be billed according to the station's usage. The cleaning fee covers bed linen, beds made upon arrival, towels, and general cleaning.
