The living area opens to a balcony overlooking the pool and garden, perfect for your morning coffee or quiet evenings. There’s a queen bedroom, a smart TV, and a cozy sofa for lounging. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, and utensils, making it easy to cook simple meals during your stay.

🛏️ House Rules & Amenities
For stays over 3 nights, we may schedule a light clean; for 5+ nights, a full clean with linen change. We’ll remind you at 6:00 PM the day before, and a full reset is always done on check-out day.
Included During Your Stay:
- Electricity: 35 units/day are free. Usage above that will be charged at 7 THB per unit. I’ll send meter photos at check-in and check-out to keep everything transparent.
- Water: Free of charge.
- Cleaning, linens & towels changed every 5 days
🚫 What’s Not Allowed:
- No pets
- No smoking inside (okay on the balcony)
- Do not flush toilet paper. Please use the bin provided in the bathroom.
- No durian, drugs, or illegal substances
- Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
⚠️ Please note: If any of the above rules are violated, a fine of up to 20,000 THB may be applied to cover damages, special cleaning, or disruptions to other guests.
