It features 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed, new furnishings, and a spacious bathroom with a new washing machine.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a capsule coffee maker for your convenience, as well as a new microwave. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls and 2 TVs, one in the bedroom and a 55-inch TV in the living room.



You have access to 2 outdoor spaces surrounded by a beautiful garden with palm trees, one of which is covered and offers two tables and chairs—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The apartment is in a prime location close to the beach and offers easy access to public transport. Two large supermarkets are just a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive away on the same street.



Private parking is available with a remote control for the automatic gate. Events are not allowed. Pets are not permitted. Corralejo town center is about a 15-minute walk away. The apartment has been partially renovated recently.



Note: The community pool is currently under renovation. The work is managed by the homeowners’ association (60 units), and the completion date is yet to be determined.
