The property includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms: Two bedrooms in the main house, one per floor, with a bathroom on each level. A third bedroom in the private backyard cottage.
The house sits on a quarter acre lot with plenty of outdoor space, including an outdoor table, grill and garden.

Please note that the cottage is separate from the main house, and the lofted bed is high—it may not be suitable for small children. It’s ideal for a teen, young adult, or another couple. The cottage includes Wi-Fi, a television with Roku, a compact refrigerator, and a separate heating and cooling unit.
