Rooms and Spaces
Opal’s Place has midcentury charm. Built in 1941, it maintains its historical character with thoughtful updates.
Main Floor:
Includes a well-appointed kitchen and dining room, a living room with a smart television, one bedroom, and one bathroom.
Basement Level:
Features a second living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and full laundry.
Cottage:
Located in the garden, the converted Tuff Shed includes a lofted full bed and a sleeper loveseat. Please note that the cottage is separate from the main house, and the lofted bed is high—it may not be suitable for small children. It’s ideal for a teen, young adult, or another couple. The cottage includes Wi-Fi, a television with Roku, a compact refrigerator, and a separate heating and cooling unit.
Outdoor Spaces:
The house sits on a quarter-acre corner lot, one block from Vista Avenue. Although near a busy street, Opal’s Place remains quiet and private. Outdoor areas include an outdoor fireplace, a couch seating area, a dining table, and a grill.
