Enjoy one king bed, one queen bed, one bathroom, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, coffee station, and a designated workspace . This pet-friendly upstairs unit in a charming quadplex offers 1 off-street spot, free street parking, and a fenced-in backyard perfect for pups. Unwind in the 14’ heated swim spa after exploring Savannah’s cobblestone charm. Keyless entry for easy self check-in! Over 500 five-star reviews from previous listings—now with even more upgrades! New owners are investing big time to keep the great vibes going. Guests have access to the entire condo as well as the shared fenced-in back yard. NOTE: Since this is an upstairs unit within a charming quadplex, so you may occasionally hear normal sounds from below — if you’re a light sleeper, we’re happy to provide a white noise machine.

My family and I loved this property! We traveled with our two young kids & our dog. This townhome had everything we needed for our stay & had lots of fun things to do in the backyard that were great for the whole family! There were dog bowls, laundry detergent, extra beach towels, etc provided. The beds were unbelievably comfortable & the whole space was so cozy. It was a short walk to the grocery store, and we were also able to walk all over downtown, the historic district, and down by the river from the property! It was a little bit of a trek, but an easy walk with our 5 and 7 year olds. The hosts were also so easy to get in contact with & always responded quickly! Overall we had a great stay & we are excited to come back with our extended family!

Nice updated property rental. Property was spotless when we arrived. Great open communication with the hosts. Would definitely come back.

We felt the property was very pet friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. Our stay was short so we didn’t have time to use the hot tub, but the property was beautiful.
