In a stunning south-facing location and tranquil setting, this exclusive holiday home was meticulously and lovingly renovated between 2015 and 2018 (this section will be available for rent as a holiday home starting in summer 2018). Approximately 145 m² spread over two floors, this modern, high-end holiday home offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere with three bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one bedroom also features a sofa bed. (Sleeping accommodation for up to 8 people). There is a small bathroom with shower/toilet, washing machine, and dryer, and a larger bathroom with a rain shower, whirlpool, toilet, bidet, and double vanity. A smaller holiday apartment is located on the ground floor. The garden features a small pool for cooling off (too small for swimming) and a sauna. The garden and pool are for your exclusive use. All guests receive the KONUS card and the Gutachtal card, providing free train and bus travel and access to many free or discounted leisure activities in the Black Forest. You'll feel the welcoming atmosphere and the attention to detail – guaranteed! A security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure. The Black Forest's famous attractions are located nearby. Marked hiking trails begin right at the doorstep.
