2. Early check-in/late check-out is $200 per hour. More than 3 hours early/late will be charged as an additional night.
3. Two secure parking spaces are free. A third space is $10 per night (subject to availability).
4. Free high-speed Wi-Fi and Netflix included.
5. Breakfast items (milk, cereal, bread, or pancake mix) are available on request at extra cost.
6. Infants are counted as guests and will incur an additional fee of $100 due to cleaning requirements. A travel cot or high chair for infants (0–1 year) is available on request at $100 per stay.
7. Important:
- Unreported pets will incur a penalty equal to double the nightly rate per pet, per night, if detected by hallway cameras or otherwise confirmed.
- Unreported party will also incur a penalty of double cleaning fees based on higher rate.
8. A booking guest must provide valid ID before key handover. (We are licensed estate agents; your privacy will be respected and protected.)
9. Check-in video of the penthouse with time-stamp, taken on the same date as your check-in, will be sent to you via AirDrop or email(depends on your choice of face to face or Key lockbox check-in), and your written confirmation of receipt will be requested — similar to an entry report.
