When the white sands of Panama City Beach and the emerald waters of the Gulf call your name but you can't bear the crowds, the Saltwater Sanctuary is the ideal spot for peace, quiet, and relaxation.
With just three stories and 30 condos directly on the beach, the Whispering Seas complex is serious about easy parking, room at the pool, and space at the beach. Our Saltwater Sanctuary is located on the building's end of the second floor. Just one easy flight up without any elevators means you can get from the car to the condo and the condo to the beach or pool in seconds.
Inside the Saltwater Sanctuary is 1200+ square feet of space to spread out and relax. A comfy couch sleeps two and faces our smart TV along with sweeping beach views. A covered balcony with seating is accessible from the living room and overlooks the pool and beach. Our kitchen offers all you need for meals and snacks, including all appliances, blender, toaster, traditional coffee pot, dishes and utensils, pots and pans. Seating is available for all condo guests.
Our main bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, clothing storage, and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and large vanity area. The second bedroom offers two queen beds, smart TV, ceiling fan, and clothing storage. A second full bathroom has a tub/shower combo, vanity, and a full sized washer and dryer.
For convenience, enjoy complimentary wifi. The Saltwater Sanctuary comfortably sleeps a max of eight guests. Sorry, no pets allowed.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, upload a copy of ID to verify age, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Parking is limited to two vehicles, max.
