About this house rental
Vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and cozy wood stove create an atmosphere where you can truly relax. The established kitchen, large dining table and open floor plan with flexible seating allows you to enjoy visiting. Two blocks from the Sandy River in quiet Timberline Rim neighborhood, the old growth yard allows you feel like you've escaped to a tranquil retreat!

We offer a spacious queen bedroom with private bath and walk-in closet.
A queen bedroom with access to patio and wooded backyard, (owner's favorite!)
A bunk room with comfortable oversized full bed on bottom, twin on top.

20 minute drive to skiing.
Restaurants and groceries are just a short drive away.
Washer and dryer
This home is along the school bus route. Roads are usually plowed and well maintained.
Bring towels for the hot tub, lighter and fire starter in case ours disappears, containers to take leftovers home, and flashlights for evening walks. (The neighborhood prefers stars over street lights. It's dark out at night!)
Dogs considered. Please let us know if you plan on bringing pets. Due to allergies, no cats, please.
We DON'T have a giant TV. Many have thanked us for this as it allows people to relax, experience nature and enjoy each other's company. We do, however, provide one small television with Roku and movies for those who can't live without.
