The space
Beautifully renovated flat with brand new everything! This beauty is located in the heart of South Park, (one of San Diego's favorite neighborhoods) with some of the best restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, Balboa Park and the famous San Diego Zoo within a few blocks.
Have morning coffee on the front patio and take in the charm of the South Park neighborhood. Chef up a meal in the beautifully remodeled kitchen with new vintage style appliances and serve it alfresco style in the lovely back patio dining area or more formally in the dining area adjacent to the kitchen with lovely antique dining table and comfortable upholstered seating.
Love coffee? We do too and the fully stocked coffee bar off the kitchen features a Nespresso machine, a Kuerig machine, and a Cuisinart drip coffee maker as well as a tea kettle and teas and a wonderful collection of antique espresso cups.
Sunset Happy Hour cocktails or vino perhaps? Pour a drink and check out the antique bar library.
Spacious bedroom features a high end California King bed...so comfortable you won't want to leave it, with deluxe cotton linens and down duvet. There are black out drapes on the bedroom windows as well as the living room. There is also a brand new Queen size memory foam sofa bed in the living room complete with deluxe cotton linens and comforter.
The lovely tiled bathroom features a shower over tub and pedestal sink with spa towels and nice toiletry products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.
