Heated Indoor Pool | Mountain View | Sleeps 36

Top rated by guests
Ease into the heated pool any night of the year — the waterfall rumbles, the lights shift color, and your weather-outside worries stop mattering. This is the amenity nobody else on the block has.
Settle into the recliners, dim the lights, and let the private theater do the rest — popcorn's basically mandatory once the screen lights up.
Roll up the driveway as the lodge lights up against the ridgeline at dusk — you'll know instantly this trip is different from every other cabin rental you've booked.
Walk around back and count three full stories of string-lit decks stacked up the hillside — you've got a spot to gather on every single level tonight.
Pull in after dark and the porch lights are already glowing for you, hot tub steaming on the lower deck and ready for the first soak.

About this cabin rental

Summary:

Picture this: bare feet padding downstairs for a midnight swim while a stone waterfall spills into the heated indoor pool behind you, color-changing lights glowing across the water. By sunrise, mist is lifting off the Smokies from your private deck. Thirty-six of your favorite people, twelve bedrooms, one impossibly grand lodge — pool tournaments, movie nights under a 75-inch screen, toasts around the fire table. This is Splash Mountain.

The Space:

ABOUT THIS SPACE

The paved, gentle drive into the gated Lodges of Reedmont community is your first clue this isn't a cabin — it's a private mountain resort. Six thousand square feet, three levels, twelve bedrooms, and walls of windows framing the Smokies.

Head downstairs first — everyone will ask about the pool. Your private heated indoor pool runs year-round with a cascading stone waterfall, jetted streams, and color-changing LED lights. Next door, the game room hums with rivalry — pool table, foosball, a 60-game arcade, and a 4K Smart TV, plus a second laundry set for wet towels.

Outside, the hot tub waits under a sky full of stars once the sun drops behind the ridge. Decks wrap three stories with rocking chairs and Adirondack seating — gather at the gas fire table for a golden-hour toast.

Movie night gets its own room: fourteen recliners face a 75-inch screen, plus thirteen TVs scattered through the house. The bar lounge pours easy — a wet bar, an ice maker, a 100-cup coffee maker, and a glass garage door that rolls up to merge the lounge with the deck.

The kitchen earns "gourmet": dual ranges, refrigerators, dishwashers, and microwaves flank a quartz island so thirty-six people build breakfast at once. Two long tables seat two dozen under chandeliers, plus island and alfresco seating.

Twelve bedrooms spread across three levels. The main level holds two king en-suites, including a genuinely ADA-friendly suite with a curbless roll-in shower. Upstairs, king and queen suites carry playful names — Bears & Trees, Buffalo, Cowboy, Wildlife — plus two bunk rooms and a shared balcony. The lower level adds three more king suites by the pool and game room.

With 12.5 bathrooms, nobody waits in line, and fiber WiFi keeps the group connected.

LOCATION & WHAT'S NEARBY

Splash Mountain sits inside the Lodges of Reedmont community on a ridge above Sevierville, Tennessee — close enough to be there in minutes, far enough up the hill for crickets instead of traffic.

Downtown Sevierville and Forbidden Caverns are about 10-15 minutes away. Dollywood and Splash Country run roughly 15-20 minutes down the parkway. The Titanic Museum is about 20-25 minutes, near The Island in Pigeon Forge and its observation wheel, go-karts, and mini golf, also about 20 minutes.

Old Mill Square and Tanger Outlets are 15-20 minutes out. Gatlinburg's downtown, the aerial tramway, Ripley's Aquarium, and Anakeesta run about 30-35 minutes, matching Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Laurel Falls. Knoxville's airport is about 45 minutes.

Tucked into a quiet residential ridge, every headline Smokies attraction stays a short, easy drive away.

WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR

This lodge was built for groups who want everyone under one roof, not scattered across hotel floors:

Multi-generational reunions — grandparents take the quiet main-level king suite with ADA access, parents spread out upstairs, cousins claim the bunk rooms, everyone reunites at the pool.

Corporate retreats — dedicated workspace, fiber WiFi, and a game room, plus twelve private en-suites.

Weddings and milestones — bachelorette weekends and anniversaries fit between the pool, the fire table, and bedrooms for the whole party.

Church and youth groups — bunk rooms sleeping eight, a theater, and a game room keep teens entertained.

Friend-cations — split twelve bedrooms across a big group and let the pool table, arcade, and hot tub do the rest.

MIDWEEK RETREATS & EVENTS

Sunday through Thursday is when this lodge shines for groups who come to work, worship, or compete. Two long tables seat 24 for sessions and shared meals, the theater's 14 recliners and 75-inch screen double as a presentation room, and fiber WiFi keeps laptops and video calls running. The Sevierville Convention Center is just 2 miles away for conferences, tournaments, and trade shows, and weekday crowds at the attractions are lighter. Planning a retreat? Message us about early check-in and late checkout on midweek stays.

PARKING

Free on-site parking accommodates up to 9-10 vehicles, so groups arriving in multiple cars never shuffle spots or hunt for street parking. The driveway is paved with a gentle grade, not a steep gravel road, which matters with a loaded SUV or an unfamiliar rental.

A dedicated ADA-friendly parking area connects directly to a ramp at the front door, easing entry for guests with mobility needs or luggage.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in is after 4:00 PM, checkout before 10:00 AM, giving the cleaning team time to reset all 12 bedrooms and 12.5 baths. Occupancy is capped at 36 guests, including children — noise decibel monitors are calibrated for large groups, so normal gathering noise is fine, but unauthorized parties get flagged. Fireworks are not allowed.

The lodge is smoke-free, vape-free, and pet-free. Re-engage the pool room's splash alarm after every use, observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, and never approach wildlife — bears here can open unlocked car doors, so please keep your vehicle and cabin doors locked. A signed rental agreement and ID are required within 24 hours of booking.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive, private access to the entire lodge and every amenity inside — no shared spaces, no other guests, no host on-site. Check-in is fully self-service through an electronic smart lock, no key exchange needed.

The main level includes a genuinely accessible king en-suite with a curbless, roll-in shower reached by a ramp. The pool room has its own keypad and splash alarm, a digital house guide covers every system, and a live local contact is always available.

The Neighborhood:

Nestled in a brand new mountain community with several shops, stores, restaurants and attractions nearby.

Pickle ball & half court basketball are community features for all guests.
