The lovely garden is surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean plants, ensuring complete privacy. The villa features a private swimming pool, whirpool, a sauna, a gym, billiards,table football and darts.
The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room with a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave, and a side-by-side refrigerator. A large terrace with a seating area and dining area offers beautiful views of the pool and garden, a perfect place for relaxation. The house is fully air-conditioned. Amenities include a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a garage, sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue, and free parking.
