Great location to stay close to the University of Waterloo. It worked great for my family and I as we were there for a quick visit with our son. The only thing I wish the apartment had was closer convenient parking. We didn't want to chance getting our car towed in a nearby restaurant/shopping center parking lot, so we paid for a visitor spot at at nearby UW lot. We were lucky it was during a university break, otherwise it might have been a bit harder to find a spot. But otherwise the apartment was great!
