About this villa rental
A magnificent custom contemporary residence located in the exclusive private Bears Den Club at Reunion Resort. Ideally situated on the approach of the 18th green of the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, this home enjoys spectacular views down the fairway and over the green with a west-facing conservation view backdrop over which the sun sets majestically each night. Perfection.
The home is centered around an open and expansive gathering room where the sweeping Cambria quartz kitchen island and counters beckon all to enjoy the high-end efficiency and design of the Wolf and Sub-Zero equipped kitchen or relax comfortably in the living area around the large screen television and mesmerizing fireplace feature.
The separate dining area is designed to take full advantage of the warm Florida weather offering floor-to-ceiling sliding doors on two walls that open fully to provide an indoor/outdoor experience with the covered summer kitchen and lounging area with views out over the luxurious pool deck. There is a private retreat for everyone in the family with dual master suites (upstairs and down) and two additional en-suite bedrooms, each with modern elegant décor and beautiful Cambria quartz appointments.
The second level is truly an entertainment oasis offering a private movie theater, game room and a sumptuous recreation loft with a big screen TV and a pool table on the balcony for those big game days and family festivities. You’ll never want to leave this amazing property!

If renting this property, you will have access to most community pools, the fitness center at Seven Eagles, restaurants and bars. Although you will not have access to the Reunion water park or golfing, there is an amazing water park at Margaritaville (just minutes away), and golfing at Champions Gate (right down the block).
Please note that our guests do not have access to the Reunion Waterpark or golf courses. This requires private membership that is no longer being issued by Reunion.
