Whether you're staying for a weekend or a few months, our fully renovated downstairs 3BR retreat offers the perfect blend of modern comfort, privacy, and local charm.
Your stay puts you minutes from from downtown, Mid-Town, the Beltline's Southside Trail, Mercedes-Benz Stadium/ State Farm Arena, Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, Tyler Perry Studios, Zoo Atlanta & Grant Park, Lakewood Amphitheater, Georgia Aquarium, and the World of Coca-Cola.
Stay and relax in your own private outdoor oasis, featuring ambient lighting, comfortable seating, outdoor grill, and a fenced dog run. We love the fur babies! Max 2/ 50 lbs.
Inside, you will find a bright, thoughtfully designed home with keyless entry, ADT-monitored security, and plenty of free street parking. Each room includes a flat-screen Roku TV and fast reliable Wi-Fi for streaming, remote work, or just relaxing after a day of exploring Atlanta.
The two main bedrooms each feature brand-new queen beds with plush bedding and their own unique design themes. The third room is a flexible “FLEX Room” that can be set up to fit your needs. It can accommodate a queen bed or two twin beds for extra guests, be converted into a home office, or serve as a kids’ playroom. For stays longer than a week, we can also transform it into a private workout space equipped with free weights, a stationary bike, a rowing machine, and more—so you never miss a workout. Your stay, your choice!
Bonus- all rooms have their own walk-in closets!
The kitchenette includes a warm butcher block counter top, dual-zone air fryer, wine cooler, Keurig® and drip coffee maker with fresh tea or coffee and light snacks/ beverages on arrival. A 2-burner buffet style cooktop and a host of other kitchen appliances available although we highly recommend exploring Atlanta's incredible food scene nearby.
