Both airports are accessible by car or taxi, with DWC located considerably farther from Business Bay.



Travel times vary depending on traffic and your destination. We recommend checking live directions before heading out.



Other Things to Note:

• This is a self-catering holiday home. Any complimentary supplies provided are for initial use only, may vary, and are not replenished during your stay. Guests are kindly asked to arrange any additional supplies they need.

• Additional cleaning and linen changes are available upon request for an extra fee, subject to availability.

• Standard check-out is 11:00 AM. Late check-out and booking extensions are subject to availability and additional charges. Last-minute extensions may also incur cleaning rescheduling fees, which will be confirmed in advance.

• Please return all access cards upon departure. Lost cards will incur a replacement fee of AED 500 per card.

• Valid identification and guest details are required for registration under Dubai's holiday-home regulations. Instructions will be provided before arrival.

• The apartment includes a private balcony Jacuzzi. The pool, gym, cold plunge, and sauna are shared facilities managed by the building. Operating hours, access, and availability may change without notice, including temporary closures. Please check with building reception before use, as updates may not always be communicated to us immediately.

• This area is one of Dubai's central and vibrant districts. As with any busy urban area, occasional construction, maintenance, traffic, or surrounding activity may cause noise without prior notice. These activities are outside our control, and updates may not always be available in advance. Guests are welcome to contact us with any concerns, and we'll be happy to assist.

• Parties and events are not permitted. Please respect neighboring residents, observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and follow building regulations.



Damage Protection:

Before arrival, guests must choose one of the following damage-protection options:

* An AED 1,500 refundable security deposit, refunded after check-out following the property inspection, provided no damage or missing items are identified; or

* Non-refundable Damage Insurance at AED 40 / €10 per night.

Guests will select and complete their preferred option through the secure online guest portal after booking. The selected option must be completed before check-in instructions are issued.



Utilities:

DEWA included up to AED 500 per 30 nights

District cooling included up to AED 500 per 30 nights

Any excess is charged to the guest.
