There is a locked outdoor storage unit reserved for the owner’s personal use, but guests are welcome to use the plastic shed in the fenced-in yard to store skis, bikes, camping gear, or other outdoor equipment.
Please note: Leadville sits at over 10,000 ft elevation, take it easy your first day and stay hydrated. The home does not have AC, but mountain air and fans keep it cool. During winter, snow and ice are common, use caution on the walkways. Shovel, salt, and HeatTrak mats are provided. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties or unauthorized guests allowed.
