Former hotel residence, it is located in a group of 9 houses, with a private terrace area and access to a common swimming pool and petanque court. It is equipped with modern comforts with its recent kitchen, recessible air conditioning and comfortable bedding, while benefiting from the charm with its exposed wooden beams. The village of Fontvieille is only a few hundred meters away, and offers many shops, cafes and restaurants. You will be ideally located between Arles, Saint Rémy de Provence, the villages of the Alpilles and the wild Camargue.

The entrance is through the private terrace, equipped with garden furniture, plancha, deckchairs and is shaded by an electric blind.
.The main room on the first floor is equipped with a super comfortable Rapido sofa bed, coffee table, storage units, table and 4 chairs, connected TV, open kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, 3 induction burners, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances.
A spiral staircase leads to the first floor and is composed as follows:
- Bedroom with 160x200cm bed, tables and bedside lamps, large wardrobe.
- Bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin, towel dryer and washing machine.

Private parking for 2 vehicles in the residence closed by an electric gate. Communal swimming pool secured by a barrier, accessible from 9 am to 9 pm from May 1st to October 15th. Petanque court.
