Welcome to my cozy cottage in the heart of downtown Gilbert, AZ! Just a short walk or bike ride to restaurants, shops, entertainment and all the charm of the Heritage District. This peaceful, private space is small but thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s my personal home, shared with guests only when I’m away. I love pets, but please—no pets, no parties. Come relax and enjoy this quiet, charming retreat!
This charming home was originally built in the 1920s but has been fully remodeled with modern comforts while retaining its historic charm. Located in the heart of Downtown Gilbert, this neighborhood street is quiet and friendly—home to many long-term residents and retirees.
The space is ideal for a single professional seeking peace, comfort, and convenience during their stay. There’s a twin bed in the guest room and a sleeper sofa that can comfortably accommodate up to two additional guests.
The home features one recently updated bathroom with an oversized standing shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, but if you have specific preferences or skin sensitivities, it is encouraged that you bring your own.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances—including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge—along with the basics you’ll need to cook or dine in comfortably.
I provide both a Nespresso machine and a drip coffee maker, along with regular ground coffee and sugar for your convenience. If you prefer cream or Nespresso pods, please feel free to bring your own.
Driveway parking for one vehicle is included with your stay.

Very cute, clean place. The couch bed mattress was VERY hard and uncomfortable. Luckily we were visiting friends in town and borrowed a mattress topper that made a big difference. Some of those can be bought for 30-40, it would be nice to offer that to future guests. The other bed room was good, however the picture online did not show that it was a SMALL bed. The bed was comfortable though. Also, would be nice to have a heavier comforter for the couch bed instead of just light throw blankets. Would love some salt and pepper shakers in the kitchen too! Overall, a super lovely, cute place in a great location. Thank you!

We walked to breakfast everyday in Gilbert. The Liberty Market has a great breakfast. It was nice to be able to take a short walk to town. The home was very clean and I loved the decor. Great communication with owner. I would stay here again

Wasn’t aware there wasn’t a queen bed other than a hide a bed. It said slept 3. Assumed that meant a regular bed and a single. I assumed wrong.
