The Cottage Middle Westwater consists of a reverse-level layout with a double bedroom and a twin room (zip/link beds that can be arranged as a king-size on request), along with a ground-floor shower room. Upstairs you’ll find an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area with a log burner, plus a cloakroom and utility room. The property offers modern appliances including an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, as well as TV and WiFi. Bed linen, towels, fuel, power and logs are included, and there is off-road parking for two cars. Outside, enjoy the split-level garden with a patio, seating, and lawns. With a shop 3.5 miles away, a pub 2.5 miles, and the beach 7 miles, enjoy a lovely stay at The Cottage Middle Westwater. There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of GBP250.

Note:The electricity supply for the property is not capable for charging electric vehicle, so for safety reasons we ask that you do not charge electric vehicles from the property - there are EV charging points available in the car parks in nearby Axminster & Seaton.
