Looking to established Florida residency based on your home state requirements? We can help with a 6 months and a day lease or as per your home state requirements. AND you get to live the island lifestyle of Tierra Verde in a updated 2/2, with water views out the back and a tennis court out front. Walk over to a roof top bar or nearby restaurant. Pina coladas at one the 3 pools and long walks at the beautiful Fort De Soto and St. Pete Beach are yours. A breathtaking walk across the bridge or is at your doorstep or bring your bikes for a great ride to the park if you want some exercise. Or just site out on the balcony with views of Tampa Bay.
The master bedroom features a king bed and waterfront views, along with a beautiful full bathroom. The second bedroom with a queen bed can be turned into an ensuite by simply closing a pocket door to give guests an extra sense of privacy. Both bedroom have ample closet space for longer stays. You will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings. One reserved parking space is located in the garage and a second surface space is available. Extra storage for bikes and/or SUP is included.
From living here we can say that one of the best things about the Island Lifestyle is the close proximity the amenities of Tierra Verde, the award winning St. Pete beaches, the funky vibe of Gulfport and the excitement of downtown St. Pete really gives you a lot of options! And best of all, you won't be in the middle of it all, jammed in with tourists. And all within a 24 hour manned gate community for extra peace of mind.
NOTE: Due to HOA requirements this is a 90 DAY minimum property. Ideal for snowbirds, relocations and temporary work assignments. Also, will rent as a long term rental at $2850 per month for a 6, 9 or 12 month stay.
