Explore 24 acres of pasture, meadow and private wooded trails. Hang out with our funny and friendly livestock animals.
Relax by the fireplace or in the hot tub while taking in the serene nature views.
Ten minutes to Crystal beach, 20 to Niagara Falls, 25 minutes to Buffalo Airport.

The cottage, originally built in the 60s as a hunting lodge, is surrounded with trails weaving through trees and pasture. Meet our sheep, pigs, goats, cats, ducks and chickens. Warm up in the evening by the firepit or in the hot tub under the stars.
The wooden farmhouse interior has a humble country charm, with all of the essentials for a comfortable stay.
At the foot of a rustic stone chimney is the wood burning fireplace. The spacious living room is finished with retro furniture and a collection of curios, antiques and taxidermy.
Overlooking the living room is a cozy bedroom with a two-piece ensuite bathroom and a balcony. On the main floor, the primary bedroom allows the most privacy and a comfy king bed. The third bed is a single found in a sunny den attached to the living room.
All three rooms have beautiful views of the property.
This home is best suited for 1-5 guests; a sixth guest is allowed, though they would need to sleep on the air mattress or couch.
If your pet is joining you, you can opt to include (for no extra cost) a doggy door that leads to a fenced portion of the yard, pet bowls and a dog bed.
Please note the hot tub is a small saluspa and it will be filled with fresh water. If you opt to enjoy it there is a fee to cover cleaning and water usage.
