THis house which is centrally located in vancouver is close to the PNE, north vancouver, downtown, and each suburb as well. It is easily accessed by highway 1, close to all major bus routes, has lime bicycles and evo car shares all over the neighborhood. BLocks away are great shops, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, bakeries..............you name it. It is an area called Hastings SUnrise, and best of all just down the street is the ocean with many great parks , cycling routes, hikes, skateboarding and exercise parks..........you name it!!!! you will love this area.
