Entire Property with off street parking. Driveway is shared with our wonderful neighbor. Please be considerate and do not block the driveway for any reason. Additional free street parking is located on Mulberry Avenue, directly in front of the house.

NOTICE; Late/Emergency Cancellations -- Please be advised: the host will not be financially responsible and thus will not issue refunds for cancelations made 1) for non-refundable bookings 2) on or after the date specified in the cancelation policy. Last minute weather issues, family emergencies, travel plan changes are unfortunate, but a risk that the renter is liable for should they occur. Thus, we highly recommend travel insurance. We will not entertain exceptions to the rule so be advised. We are operating a single (and we think amazing) VRBO business. Last minute cancelations are difficult and often unlikely to re-book.

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

At the end of the TERM, guests leave house in same condition it was found. Tenant will be held liable for any damage or missing items. If damage is noted upon checkin please notify owner via VRBO immediately.
