Welcome to Monterra J, a comfortable mountain retreat intended for extended stays. This 30-day minimum rental offers a perfect balance of convenience with Montana charm. With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this condo is perfect for space for up to 7 guests. Located in the Monterra community, you'll be just minutes from downtown Whitefish, Whitefish Lake, and a short drive to Whitefish Mountain Resort. Whether you are here for a work trip or an extended adventure, Monterra J is the perfect place to settle in and feel at home.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin-over-full and an ensuite bathroom, ideal for families or small groups.
As a guest, you will have full access to the Clubhouse, with amenities for work, wellness, and relaxation. Inside, you'll find a business center, conference room, fully equipped fitness center, sauna, movie theater, and a spacious lounge with seating and a pool table. Outdoors, unwind in the heated pool (summer only) and hot tub, a fire pit, BBQ area, and scenic walking paths that showcase the beauty of Whitefish.
In the winter, downhill skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort provides 3,000+ skiable acres, 14 lifts with terrain for all skill levels and stunning views. In the summer, enjoy all the watersports imaginable at Whitefish Lake, or any of the 100+ lakes & rivers within 100 miles, including Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the lower 48! Whitefish Mountain Resort also provides endless activities such as mountain biking, hiking, zip-lining, ropes courses, alpine slides, and scenic chair or gondola rides (with Glacier National Park views). Getting around Whitefish and to Whitefish Mountain Resort is a breeze with the FREE snow bus! The snow bus is a free shuttle service during peak winter and summer seasons. There are stops all around town and on the mountain. Whitefish also has Uber, Lyft and Taxis.
Mid-stay cleanings are required for all reservations longer than 36 days. The first mid-stay clean is automatically included when you make your reservation. If your reservation requires more than one mid-stay clean, our Guest Service Team will reach out to collect the additional fees. Stay Montana will coordinate a day and time for these mid-stay cleans to occur to keep the loft clean and fresh for the duration of your stay.
