Grove City is waiting for you! We offer a convenient 2nd floor unit 2 blocks from downtown GC, walking distance to Grove City College, and a short drive to Keystone Safari and Grove City Premium Outlets. You’ll love the convenience of being so close to local businesses and restaurants.
We offer many amenities to accommodate guests.
This unit would be great for adults visiting Grove City Community College or construction crews working in our area. We do not recommend this unit for older adults or children due to stairs! Both inside and outside steps are STEEP.
The unit is a duplex located above our other Air B& B “Grandmas House”.
This charming property features 3 queen beds, fully stocked kitchen (everything you need for cooking meals), full bathroom with washer and dryer, 65 inch smart tv, 6 seater dining room table, two fullsize couches and a desk for work space. It is a cozy atmosphere with excellent amenities, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy a relaxing stay in this perfect getaway spot. “Upstairs at Grandmas House” is exactly what it sounds like. There is two entrances that lead to the upstairs to this unit. One is through the lower front door and the other is the steps at the side of the house.
There is an outside deck with four chairs for relaxing.
When you walk in the front door there is a fully stocked kitchen with essentials to prepare meals or entertain. Dishes, glasses, wineglasses, champagne glasses, a toaster, baking sheets, pots and pans, (we tried to provide everything we would use to cook) There is a dishwasher, microwave, and electric oven.
There is a small cofee bar with a Keurig (we provided some k cups, sugars, creamers and a small variety of teas) Under the coffee bar we offer books and some board games.
Next to the kitchen is a living room area with two fullsize couches, coffee table, and a 65 inch smart tv. We also offer a desk for your convenience. There are a variety of charging ports throughout the unit.
Next to the kitchen is the bathroom. We have provided bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, blow dryer, curling iron, and some basic essentials you may have forgotten.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, a night stand with a lamp, a usb charging port, a luggage rack, a full length mirror, and a nice size closet for hanging clothes and racks also.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, night stand with lamp, usb charging port, a small dresser, a full length mirror, and a closet for hanging clothes.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, a night stand with a lamp, usb charging port, and a huge closet for hanging and folded clothes.
There are also inside steps from the kitchen to the downstairs front porch area for your convenience and /or in bad weather instead of using outside steps.
