It is situated above the harbor promenade of the new marina – the main attraction of the Baltic Sea Resort – and offers a captivating display of colors at sunrise and sunset every day. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area (approx. 31 m²) with a sofa bed, balcony (2x2 m), bedroom, bathroom, hallway with workspace, and high ceilings (up to 4 m) creates a bright and inviting atmosphere. An infrared sauna provides relaxation. Ideal for 2–4 people. Bicycle storage is available. Perfect for larger families or two couples: Combined with the 2-room apartment Reeder’s Nest (50 m²) in the same building, it offers space for up to 8 people. Important Information: Electricity and water costs are included in the price. Linen package (€24/person) and sauna package (€21) are available as optional extras. Dogs are allowed (€80/stay). No Wi-Fi. Security deposit: €300 cash upon arrival, refunded after final billing. Bread roll delivery service available.
