Host was very responsive via vrbo messaging. Has a minor issue with an empty propane tank for the outdoor fire pit, but they happily and promptly reimbursed me for refilling the tanks, so it all worked out. House itself is great and a wonderful option if there is snow on the ground because the driveway is flat and wide.

Great place for a small family! The hosts were VERY welcoming, the house has been remodeled and was very clean. There were cleaning supplies/materials available for us to use through our stay, which we were very thankful for.Coffee and tea supplies available, along with some sugar, powdered creamer and seasonings. We made homemade pizzas for dinner, so we left a gift of a pizza cutter and baking dishes behind for the next guests, along with unopened sodas. We came for a snow trip, I wish there were sleds available to use in the garage, but we were able to find some at a store on our way up to the snow. But this was a new listing, so I understand that they are still building their supplies.The location is very convenient, close to a gas station and several stores, and just a short drive to Jenkinson Lake. Looking forward to booking a summer trip with my family here, we loved this place!
