Rental and booking conditions Before making a booking, the tenant acknowledges that they have read and accepted the general terms and conditions. When you book the holiday home, you agree to the rental conditions below. Please read them carefully before booking. These general terms and conditions apply to the property located at the following address: Zeelaan 187, 8670 Koksijde. These terms and conditions may only be deviated from if the owner has given their prior written consent. This written consent will then be stated on the booking confirmation. You can book via the booking platform on our website, by telephone (0493/47.23.87) or by email. These methods of booking are binding. The rental and booking conditions come into effect when a booking is made. The client making the booking is jointly and severally liable for complying with the booking steps and rental conditions. There are no booking fees associated with a booking. Each booking is confirmed by the owner by means of a booking confirmation by email. A deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid at the time of booking. The full balance of the rental price and the deposit of 500 must be paid into our account two weeks before arrival. The deposit will be refunded no later than 14 days after your stay if nothing has been damaged or lost. Any damage or additional costs will be deducted from the deposit. If this deposit is insufficient to cover all damage determined by the owner, the person responsible for the booking is liable for the full compensation of the damage. Any dispute about possible damage is a dispute between the owner and the tenant. The owner decides on the deposit. It is advisable to report any accidents to the owner immediately. If something is broken, it is advisable to keep the broken pieces aside for the owner. This allows the owner to determine which piece is broken and prevents discussions and misunderstandings. Three days before arrival at the holiday home, we will contact the tenant regarding access to the property and all further information regarding your stay. The main booker will receive this information by email. The tenant will receive the code for the keypad at the front door three days before arrival by email, and a spare house key will be available in the key box.

The property has ample parking for guests. There is also a bus stop nearby for public transport. For those travelling by bike, there is a cycle junction nearby. The coastal tram also only a few minutes from the holiday home. Ideal way to go down the coastline or take you to various sights nearby.
