It is centrally located in a quiet residential area: just 1.5 km from the rocky Montañar beach, and restaurants, a supermarket, and the town center are within walking distance.

The apartment has two beautiful bedrooms (one with access to a second terrace and an en-suite bathroom), a desk (ideal for working from home), and a laundry room.
