It would be helpful if the facility offered a key drop option. Having to walk to another hotel with all my luggage just to return the keys was inconvenient.

The room was clean, staff was fine but didn’t really interact with my wife or I outside of check in and check out, bed was comfortable, and the parking situation was kinda confusing.
