    We reached early but the staff was helpful & kind. There is a bit of pest problem but not much. Everything else was fine and the place had everything needed. Also allowed Swiggy/zomato orders.

    I specifically booked and paid for an AC room, but after check-in I was informed that the AC requires servicing and is not functioning properly. This information should have been disclosed before accepting the booking. Providing a room with a non-working AC after charging for an AC room is highly unprofessional and disappointing. Guests should not have to discover such issues only after arrival. This caused significant inconvenience and affected my stay. I expect better maintenance standards and transparency from your property. I would not recommend this experience unless such issues are addressed properly.
