Location, cleanliness, bedding.
The bathroom size in particular the shower cubical size, hardly suitable for anyone above 1m80. I am very tall and could not shower in the flat. The inside staircase can be tricky for younger children. It would help if this is clearly shown on the add/pictures instead of finding out upon arrival.
