I loved that it was so cute and quiet there, I liked that we had a play area for my 7 year old and a lovely pool and slide, the play area too was. Nice
Just that it wasn't 2 rooms but we were fine with our kids there.

Comfort...space,fan in the house, swimming pool, easy access to the beach, shower at the entrance/exit to the beach.
